3. Install Minecraft Forge.
4. Open the “run” search bar and type “%appdata%”.
5. Open the .minecraft folder.
6. Open then bin folder with 7-zip or winrar.
7. Extract the downloaded zip file.
8. Move the extracted contents into the minecraft.jar.
9. Delete META-INF.
